I provide free consultation on all types of sessions. Please feel free to get in touch even if it is for simple inquiries as it will allow me to understand your expectations better. 

Rescheduling is free of charge if it fits my schedule. 

Photoshoots in regions outside of Tokyo/Kanagawa may incur additional charges. 

FAQs

Is it possible to schedule a Zoom or phone call before our shoot?

It is possible to schedule a Zoom/Phone call for consulation purposes. However, it may not always be possible due to my schedule.

I would welcome your inquiries through email, as I can check in flexibly and frequently to answer your concers.

How do I book a session?

Please fill out the form and I will get back to within 24 hours. 

Please share me about yourself, expectations, type of shoot and location ideas as well. 

What kind of payment method do you accept?

I accept cash, credit cards and bank transfer (for clients who have a bank account in Japan). 

I accept payment in Japanese yen or US Dollar. 

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

I will monitor the weather closely and will provide updates as your shoot day approaches. In case of unfavorable weather like heavy rain or typhoons, we can opt for flexible rescheduling options or alternative indoor locations to ensure you get the best possible photos. 

 

 

Do you customize your session?

I can customize a session based on your individual needs. Please contact me with your details for more information. 

What if I have special requests or unique ideas for the shoot?

I love creativity and am happy to accommodate special requests. Please share your ideas with me during the consultation, and I will do my best to make them a reality.

 

Do I have to pay deposit?

20% of downpayment is required to confirm your booking. The rest of the payment is due before the scheduled date. I accept cash in person as well. 

How long is the session?

Depending on the session you have chosen, it is better to start  5-10 minutes before the schedule for introduction and setup purposes. As walking time is included, it is best to plan the location accordingly. 

It may not always be possible to extend the time if the client is late. 

Do I need to obtain permits for shooting in public locations?

Some locations in Tokyo might require permits. I handle all the necessary paperwork and fees for you, ensuring that all permits are in place before the shoot day.

Where will the photo shoot take place?

I can flexibly adapt to your preferred location of the shoot around the main Tokyo are and Kanagawa region.

If you are unsure, I can provide you a list of potential locations depending on your expectations after our consultation. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund can be made for cancellation made atleast 14days prior to the booking date.

Please get in touch with me as soon as possible in cases where you need to cancel or reschedule. 

 

When will the images be ready?

It usually takes 2-3 days for all the images to be delivered to your email (Downloadable thorugh google Drive)
